• Contact information — name, work email, phone, company, location and notes provided in our booking form.
• Client documents — manuals, procedures, drawings, PFD/PFMEA/Control Plans and similar files you upload for pre-audit. Treated as confidential.
• Usage data — limited, privacy-respecting analytics (page views, referrer, coarse geolocation). No third-party advertising cookies.

3. How we use it

• To respond to booking enquiries and deliver training and audit services.
• To run pre-audit and gap analysis on documents you submit.
• To improve our website and service quality. We do not sell your data.

4. Client documents & automated processing

Documents you upload for pre-audit are processed by our compliance engine on your behalf. They are not shared or repurposed beyond your engagement. On request, we will delete uploaded documents after an engagement concludes; otherwise we retain them for up to 24 months for re-audit continuity.

5. Storage & security

Data is stored in cloud infrastructure with access restricted to Bluefolder personnel under confidentiality. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. No system is perfectly secure — we'll notify affected clients without undue delay in the event of a material breach.

6. Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act and equivalent foreign laws, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Email info@bluefolder.com.au and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date.
